Dr. Respress is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Tolcasu Mental Health and Wellness, where she provides psychotherapy and medication management services in Dallas, TX, and virtually in Sheridan, WY. With a PhD and multiple advanced degrees in nursing and public health, she brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise, research experience, and lived understanding to her work.
Deeply committed to mental wellness, community service, and mentorship, Dr. Respress’s work is grounded in social justice and the social determinants of health. Her impact spans both local and international communities, and she continues to empower individuals and families through compassionate care and advocacy.
