The individual courses are as follows:
Starting and Keeping Up- In this course we will present an accounting expert and have him coach us on the details on all of the important steps of opening a business including registering fictitious names with the appropriate corporation status, down to the details on titles that correlate best with corporations established. We will give information about how to register for your business’ tax identification number, recommend business bank accounts, keeping up with expenses and revenues to ensure you keep balanced books. We will even talk about payroll, paying yourself and start thinking of the future with retirement savings options. Not only will we cover that information, but we will also talk about Professional Liability and General Liability insurances that you will need for your business. This will be information packed with the interactive means to get questions answered by our expert panelist by attending the live webinar course. Trust me you won’t want to miss this.
Getting $$$- Why did we start a private practice to begin with? Well the answer is usually to make money with freedoms and flexibilities that most 9-5 jobs don’t allow. This course will tell you how to get credentialed with some major insurance companies (Medicaid, MMA’s and other commercial insurance companies.) We will also talk about diversifying your practice referral sources with ideas of other ways to increase your clientele and caseloads. The icing on the cake will be our expert panelist who is an attorney. She will be speaking about contracts and negotiations. This is usually a topic that we all wish we had legal insights to.
Branding- Hold your horses, it’s not over with yet. We are only half way there. This webinar will be held to birth a company brand or rebrand. Let our expert branding specialist guide you on the journey to implement your company’s identity, persona, and the perception that others will hold of your company. This webinar not only comes with a wealth of knowledge about the purpose of branding but with helpful tidbits and tips about marketing and reaching your target market. Also let’s not forget the importance of having a logo and website and how to use them both efficiently.
Billing & EMR- Oh boy this one is always a doozy. There are always complicated questions surrounding billing and documentation especially when you take insurances. We have an expert panelist with 28 years of experience in the industry to give us advice about all things billing. I mean he will tell us about the importance of appropriate dx and cpt codes, authorizations, eligibility, and everything you need to know about the process. Not only is he a billing guru but he is also affiliated with an EMR system that can streamline your practice; as the EMR includes features for scheduling, reminders, intuitive and insurance compliant documentation platform. The EMR is constantly adding new features. This webinar will help you streamline your business and cut down on the number of gray hairs you maybe growing due to stress.
Expanding the Team- Can we get a drumroll… for the finale. This is one not to be missed. This expert Panelist will keep you on your toes as he brings all there is to know about expanding your team and all that may come with that. He will tell us how to be in compliance with E-Verify and what that is. I know there are tons of questions related to the hiring process and how- to, and this is the guy to tell us. He will provide gems of material that will cover policy and procedures, training, leadership style, employee retention, benefit packaging and so much more.
